But FO4Edit shows the same thing about the Lee Enfield mod and the Museum's (Concord's) exterior cells. I thought you were talking about the Museum's interior cell. One solution, which will be the easy, casual gamer solution, would be to move the Lee Enfield mod earlier in the load order, in the hopes it ends up loading before the mod that breaks precombines.

If you decide to install another future mod that adds something to that interior you may have the same problem and may also have to uninstall it. When everything goes back to normal after you deactivate the Lee Enfield mod, it is just because the Lee Enfield mod is "surrendering" control of that cell to that other, rogue mod. You must have another mod that also uses that interior cell and actually disables the precombined meshes.

It is actually using the vanilla precombines, and it is using the cell correctly, as all mods should, so the culprit is not the Lee Enfield mod. It does not include any precombines on its own or breaks them in any way. I have the Lee Enfield mod and I just checked it in FO4Edit. The Lee Enfield mod places several notes and other items that are part of one of its quests inside the museum, and in order to do that it has to "use" the museum's cell, including its precombines and previs.
In your case, the previs in the Museum's interior cell is broken by a mod.
What you are seeing is the result of mods breaking precombines and previs. It doesn’t matter because that’s going to happen once you side against the Brotherhood. You’ll notice Danse doesn’t care that you’re now a permanent enemy of the Brotherhood, because he is too, and you haven’t sided with anyone before that. If combat is too hard for you just kill Ingram and run away. She’s right there, just standing there, outside, not even on the Prydwen or anything. Side with your preferred faction (which is obviously not BoS, otherwise you would not be up to here). I completed Nuclear Family and came back to Danse, still romanced, still able to be talked to and recruited! Also you can get the mod Danse GTFO Power Armor – for more immersion, there’s no requirements.
